By using Eduz, you agree to these terms. Material changes are emailed 30 days in advance.

• Accurate info on signup.
• Children under 13: verified parental consent.
• One account per person (unless permitted — e.g. teacher + parent).
• You safeguard your credentials.

Personal educational use. School institutional use under separate agreement.

• No abuse, harassment, illegal content.
• No reverse-engineering / scraping.
• No jailbreak attempts on AI companions.
• No using Eduz to ghost-write student homework.

Eduz content (software, AI personalities, curriculum) is owned by Eduz Learning Technologies Pvt. Ltd. User content remains yours; you grant a licence to use it to operate and improve the service.

• Pre-paid monthly/annual.
• Razorpay processes payments; we don\'t store card numbers.
• Full refund within 7 days of first purchase if unsatisfied.
• All prices in INR, inclusive of GST.

• AI can err. Verify with authoritative sources.
• Not professional advice (medical / legal / financial).
• Not a crisis support tool.

Eduz targets 99.5% uptime. Maintenance is pre-announced where possible. Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Eduz\'s total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. No liability for indirect / consequential damages.

Indian law. Bengaluru jurisdiction.

You may terminate via account settings. We may suspend for violation. Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy schedule.
