Is it really free for students?+

Yes — under 18, the consumer companions are free. Boards / JEE / NEET premium features have an optional subscription.

Can I switch my AI buddy mid-term?+

Anytime. Your progress carries over. Try Eddy for a week, switch to Mina if you need calmer pace, jump to Lara closer to JEE.

Does my teacher / parent see my chats?+

No. Chats are private to you. Parents see weekly aggregate progress digests; teachers see anonymised class-level signals.

Hindi medium — does it actually work?+

Yes. Koko is Hindi-first; others switch on tap. Examples are board-aligned: NCERT, state-board, Hindi-medium standards.
